Christopher started his career in Business Analysis after a lengthy stint in IT Service Management. Learning the practice through the Bank of Montreal's RMBA program, a parallel track of the IIBA's Certified Business Analyst Professional, he moved from the Banking world in Toronto into consulting in Halifax. Nearly two decades of project work with larger institutions such as Bank of Montreal, IBM, Bell, Irving, the Nova Scotia Government and small to medium sized companies like Welaptega and Farnell Packaging have given him the experience needed to guide any size of engagement; a session to understand what's required for project or process re-engineering all the way up to guiding an Enterprise Management Planning platform transition.
